How long does it take?
Most Vehicle Decision Reports are delivered quickly after submission — often the same day — so you can act before the car sells.
What information do you need?
Just a listing URL or VIN, plus any photos you have. The more detail you provide, the more thorough your report.
Can I upgrade to a full inspection?
Yes. If you want hands-on confirmation, you can upgrade to a full in-person CarLens inspection, and your Vehicle Decision Report fee is credited toward a qualifying inspection where available.
What if the seller won’t provide the VIN?
We can still review the listing and photos — and a seller who refuses to share the VIN is itself a red flag we’ll highlight in your report.
